About the Role

The Field Sales Executive for a cake institute is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the institute’s courses and programs to potential students and industry professionals. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to promote the institute’s cake decorating and culinary courses.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the institute’s market reach.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Address client inquiries, provide detailed information about courses and programs, and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
• Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the institute’s offerings and establish connections with potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and value of the institute’s programs.
• Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to engage potential clients and showcase course content and facilities.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into enrollments and ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights, to management.
Customer Support and Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new students and provide guidance on course selection and registration.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and institute goals.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure that client needs are met and course offerings are accurately represented.
Industry Networking:
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the institute and stay informed about industry developments.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the institute’s visibility and reputation.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in field sales or account management within the education or culinary sectors.
• Familiarity with cake decorating techniques and industry trends.
Working Conditions:
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and industry events.
